We are all plagued by it. I try to rationalize to myself that unless I'm healthy and happy (which means giving time to me for me) I can't be a productive parent. I'm still guilty. The kids, I fear to say, are oppotunistic, and will pick up on this guilt and exploit it. I'd say: "LET GO OF THE GUILT" But I know you won't (as I won't) Parent guilty. We are all plagued by it.
