Being a bicycle officer means you never have to worry about having a bike lock.
PDX eh? That explains the Raleigh PD bike there doesnt it?
Raleigh is a bicycle brand. Clever, eh?
Haha yeah now I feel like a dumbass -__-
Handcuffs are the easiest lock to pick. A paper clip and like 3 seconds would open them. Good way to get e bike stolen!!!
Easiest lock to pick, yes. I for one, however wouldn’t want to be charged with stealing police property
I feel compelled to point out that the officers in question were sitting in Chipotle’s, with their bikes in view, eating their lunch. I would have pitied the idiot that tried to pop open those cuffs.
they make “handcuffs” that are specially designed to lock bikes and motorcycles… made of about 1/2 inch steel connected by heavy duty motorcycle chain
