I’ve routed the feed for this blog to Feedburner. Ideally, this should be transparent for folks using feed readers, and advantageous for new readers, but if this creates a problem for you please let me know.

Spammy-Spam-Spam

I love the Akismet comment spam filter for WordPress. It does just a terrific job of killing comment spam before you even know it’s there. My Akismet setup has filtered nearly 40,000 spam comments since I installed it, and there’s no sign that it’s going to slow down at all.

Pardon the Construction

I’ve changed my theme to Talian 1.0. At least for now. It’s quite a departure for me, and I will be seeking to bring it more into line with my own aesthetic as time permits. Translation: There’s going to be a lot of tweaking.

New and Not Noticeably Improved

Unless you were trying to visit sometime last night, you might not have noticed that the site was down while I upgraded to WordPress 2.2.2. The backup and upgrade went off mostly without a hitch.
